Shower floor slightly slippery/grimey but otherwise toilet, sink, kitchenette, bed and room quite tidy and clean. Air conditioner did have a dripping sound constantly, but worked well/fast so could turn it off after it cooled the room. Very cordial and no fuss service at reception both on check in and check out.
