Great location and helpful staff

Great location and walking distance to Chatswood station. It was easy to find parking with clear instructions by Hotel staff. Room was clean and had all the required amenities.Staff was very helpful and friendly. I thought parking was a bit expensive with $30 a night.

I had a lot of trouble finding the entrance to the carpark, which is not helped by a street sign which says No left turn. Directions to the parking on the website would be very helpful.

This was my third time staying at Quest Chatswood. I find it convenient to everything and within walking distance to everything. The staff, Fede, was wonderful checking me in and helping me. Highly recommend.

I sometimes stay at Chatswood for an early appointment the next day. I wouldn’t even look at another hotel as the Quest provides everything I’m looking for an affordable. I will continue to stay there.

Very pleasant overnight stay for a nearby hospital appointment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy with plenty of great sized parking spaces. Well lit and clean basement parking with easy access to reception. Highly recommend Quest Chatswood.

My wife was having a procedure at the Chatswood Private Hospital - which was 40 paces from the Quest Apartments. Just so handy. Excellent accommodation, nice and quiet for post op relaxation. Great restaurant options and shopping just a short walk away. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. The apartment was lovely and location perfect. Easy walk to the shopping mall and train, metro and buses. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been an information book about the wifi, no housekeeping on Sunday etc. when asking the staff they were very helpful with my questions and sorted extra towels wtc.

The property was very nice at a good price. Location is brilliant for shopping and eating out. Although finding the very small driveway to find parking was a pain. Maybe in the future more clarification for guests on which street to enter and also letting guests know there is a bond. No follow up email when i booked besides the confirmation from lastminute.com.
