The Sofitel is in a perfect location to enjoy the harbor, the city, great food options, and easily get to all the key attractions. We were so pleased with our choice of hotel for our 5 day stay in Sydney.

Lovely & pretty hotel with wonderful amenities. Walkable to stores, restaurants & sights. Unfortunately, there's a new building being built right in front of it which will affect its view to the waterfront. Otherwise, will definitely return to this hotel again.

I paid an extra $100 to upgrade to a room with a view over Jones Wharf. The room overlooked a construction site with Jones Wharf behind. Not worth an upgrade and they didn’t tell us this when we checked in. Very disappointing!!

Beautiful hotel excided our expectations. Service impeccable. Location second to none. Staff over the top. That being said the Sofitel is being blocked by a residential super highrise that will significantly impede the Darling Harbour view which in our opinion is a shame! Go now before it's to late.

Excellent hotel, great location in Darling Harbor. Only temporary issue, there is a huge construction project directly in front of the hotel. The room configuration was a bit odd, but nevertheless great otherwise.

Room was great and clean. Staff at check in were a little quiet and seemed uninterested but had better staff on check out. The room AC seemed to struggle a a bit with the morning sun and the harbour view room was very hot by 9am. Nice views and easy walking to places made it convenient.
