Tolle Ferienwohnung die liebevoll eingerichtet und komfortabel ist. Sehr zentral gelegen. Negativ ist lediglich die räumlich sehr begrenzte Parkgerage im Haus (nur für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet) War ein toller Urlaub.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten im Herzen von Westerland mit kurzen Wegen zu Restaurants, Bars und zum Bahnhof. Das Appartement ist trotzdem außerordentlich ruhig und sehr sauber. Es ist kuschelig und es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Duplex-Parkplatz mag nicht jedermanns Sache sein.

Wohnung neu renoviert. Klein aber fein. Raumaufteilung sehr gut. Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten von Kleidung, Schuhen etc. sehr gut. Zentrale Lage. Innerorts trotzdem ruhig. Kleiner Balkon gut möbliert. Duplex-TG Stellplatz nur eingeschränkt nutzbar (kein Kombi oder SUV).

Eine kleine und feine Ferienwohnung für zwei. Eine zentralere Lage gibt es nicht. Kurze Wege zur Promenade, in den Fußgängerbereich und zum Busbahnhof, von dem man unkomliziert und schnell in alle Inselbereiche kommt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen. Man befindet sich direkt an der Fußgängerzone in Westerland. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich, und es war soweit alles vorhanden. Da wir allerdings nicht gekocht haben, kann ich die da zur Ausstattung und Nutzung nichts sagen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der vorhandene Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Aufgrund des Duplex-Systems gibt es extreme Einschränkungen bzgl. der Fahrzeugtypen. Unser Auto passte nicht, da zu hoch. Dies wird leider in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt.

Welch ein Glücksgriff! Gerade erst frisch renoviert, erwartete uns dieses wundervolle Domizil mitten in Westerland und lag doch sehr ruhig und garantierte beste Erholung. Die Bilder im Internet haben genau das wider, was wir erwartet hatten. Eine bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, kuschelige Plätze ( inklusive tollem Balkon mit Logia und Sofaecke), liebevoller Deko und ausreichend Platz für zwei. Im direkten Umfeld Restaurants, Weinbar, Bäcker, zum nächsten Supermarkt ein paar Minuten, zum Bahnhof 10 Minuten Fußweg. Und das Meer liegt auch ganz nah bei! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Lage. Direkt gegenüber von Gosch. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da das Appartment auf der Rückseite des Hauses liegt. Toll und liebevoll eingerichtet und super modernisiert. Sehr, sehr sauber, was nicht immer bei anderen Vermietern zutrifft. Den fehlenden Geschirrspüler vermisst man nicht. Bäcker um die Ecke. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
