Hotel was beautiful and super clean -only stayed overnight for rest but would definitely come back Hotel manager was super - she should get a raise! System was down and she got us a room right away - easy peasy She was very nice and helpful (sorry I forgot her name - pretty long hair brunette if that helps!)

I've stayed at five different "nice" hotels in Tallahassee in the last 18 months, the Drury Plaza has all of the others beat in terms of amazing staff, good breakfast, nice amenities, bonus perks such as their "social hour" with complimentary drinks and food, and comfortable beds. The location is very convenient with dining options, Trader Joe's, and TJ Maxx. If we weren't dropping off, visiting, or picking up our student we'd only care about the dining options, but with a college student around they love to come over because we're close to favorite shops. It's also not far to campus.

This place is great! We were impressed. Everyone is kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and updated. They have a nice bar and grill. The 5:30-7 free happy hour and hot food what a pleasant surprise.

I expected better maid service

Staff is very friendly. Food is good. The maid service is a bit lazy on the “refresh”service. Please see the picture of how my bed was made after my “refresh” service. They also never replaced toilet paper or coffee. They only emptied one of the two trash cans. I removed the do not disturb sign two of the seven days I stayed and the refresh service was not good for either of those days.
