I live in NJ close to my parents, and my sister lives in Tallahassee. To make it easier for my parents, who are separated, to see my sister and their grandchildren, I surprised them with the keys to a "his and her" condo in the same complex. You won't find condos in the area with more abundant amenities because I wanted to give my parents the home away from home they have always dreamed of. If this listing is available, my dad isn't in town, and so his beautiful condo is available to use!

Our condo is conveniently located just 5 miles (10-minute drive) from FSU—close enough for easy access, yet comfortably removed from the college hustle, creating a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. You'll also find grocery options like Publix nearby, and Whole Foods is just a 15-minute drive away. The area boasts a variety of restaurants, shopping venues, beautiful parks—including some with pickleball courts—and much more for you to enjoy!
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be close to Florida State University. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool, a gym and 1 hot tub. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Absolutely beautifully decorated condo in Tallahassee!! Truly the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Andrew was the kindest and most communicative host! Easy check-in and check-out process! Such attention to details- fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bath rooms and the most comfortable beds you’ll ever sleep on. Plenty of parking as well and so convenient to FSU and TSC! We came to Tallahassee for a graduation. 5 adults stayed at the property. It was exceptionally clean and cozy and the host did an excellent job with communication. The pool and the fitness center were a huge bonus. Such a great place - I would recommend without hesitation!

Great Weekend Stay!

I couldn’t have imagined a better stay! Andrew was an excellent communicator. We traveled with my family including 3 young girls, ages 3, 6, and 7. The beds were all very comfortable and the home was meticulously cleaned before we arrived. The location was great to go to FSU’s comets, about a 10 minute drive. We hope to come back the next time we are up!

Host communicated quickly smooth in process was great. Close to gym, pool, and a quick drive ( approx 10-12 mins) to FSU area. I would definitely consider staying if back in the area. All appliances, dishes, laundry, all the comforts of home, and wonderfully clean.

Most beautiful VRBO ever

You can tell from the minute you walk in, that this home is loved. The care and thought put into not only the decor, but having everything you could need for your stay, says it all. Weekend at the Capitol

Close enough to downtown and necessities while having all the comforts of home. Loved that the condo had everything we needed, and more.(my daughter loved seeing all the drawers filled with kitchen gadgets , that we didn’t need) Close access to the jacuzzi and pool was great for evening relaxing .

Best condo and best host

We have stayed at a lot of places, but this was the best. It truly was a home away from home. Andrew was also the best host/owner. We had several requests and he replied within five minutes every time. Appliances were great including a crock pot and air fryer. All the beds were comfortable and the condo was tastefully decorated. The location was great and we enjoyed walking around the complex in the evenings. If you visit Tallahassee, this condo should be at the top of your list.
