This property was all that it was advertised to be. There was a plumbing issue that occurred a few days prior to check in. We had to turn the water on and off right after use, which was inconvenient, but I was appreciative that the owner compromised so the reservation did not have to be canceled. The owner was also nice to give a partial refund due to the inconvenience. I would stay there again! My kids loved the big screen tv's in each room. The beds were comfortable, and the showers had shampoo/body wash sets installed on the wall. That is a nice touch. Very close to FAMU, which is a major plus! The neighborhood isn't he best in appearance, but it was pretty quiet. It was a nice property overall and well-kept!

Clean and completely stocked

Pleasantly surprised with how well thought out everything was. We had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. House was clean and was perfect for our stay. Neighbors are very friendly.
