Great location and good price. The rooms and beds are on the smaller side but we slept well. The house was fairly clean except the shower. The grill on the patio was also dirty and not in good shape so I didn’t use it. Also, there were no extra trash bags and the trash bin outside was completely full when we arrived and stayed that way for entire week we were there.We texted the host and he/she responded in a timely and efficient manner. He door dashed us trash bags and shower cleaning spray (he/she offered to send the cleaning crew back but we preferred to do it ourselves). Overall we had a good time.

There were a number of reasons for this rating. The listing said there was wi-fi - there was none. It said there was a tub - there is not. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker or even ice trays. There are two floorboards in the second bedroom that need to be glued down since they stick up. The coffee maker still had grounds in it. The TV is Roku and does not get general stations. On the positive side it was a great location for us.
