Great manager, Lorry at front desk were exceptional. Most of the staff could benefit from a customer service skills seminar. Cleaning service mediocre, when we returned to the room the body wash and shampoo bottles were practically empty. I accidentally spilled coffee on the bed and asked if it could be changed and was told that it could only be changed after I checked out. Also, not very helpful with the exception of Valeria and the African American tall young man which name I can recall at this moment. Unfortunately I rated it 3 stars because of my experiences above.

It was convenient to everything around outside of Tampa. Friendly staff. Clean clean rooms. The breakfast attendant Lisa was very hospitable, clean, kept everything in order and very attentive to detail. Worth the stay!

All of the staff was courteous and kind, but the young lady at the front desk was consumed by her phone and didn’t realize we were standing in front of her waiting for her to attend to us. The towels were like sandpaper. Very, very rough and the quality of a rag. The room was reasonably clean and the location met our needs with several things to do within a 20 minute drive. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities.
