Summary:

Discover Cypress Place located within the esteemed East Lake Woodlands community! Surrounded by two golf courses, you and your group will be able to fully unwind in this peaceful community. Located just 30 minutes from Tampa and Clearwater Beach, you are close to everything that the Tampa Bay area has to offer!



The Space:

As you enter the home you are welcomed into a spacious living room with two sofa and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. Just off of the living room is the dining area with six seats as well as a separate breakfast bar. Just past the living room is a large lanai that has a seating area, small bar & TV and a great view that overlooks the large back yard. On either side of the condo are each of the bedrooms, each of which has its own attached full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin sized beds. The condo also has a front porch area with an outdoor table and grill. Enjoy your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests can use the entire house with the exception of two locked owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located within the East Lake Woodlands Community Association in the town of Oldsmar, FL. Oldsmar is a community located about 30 minutes northwest of downtown Tampa. With easy access to great golf courses, beaches, shopping, and more, we're sure that you'll have a great time discovering all that Tampa has to offer!



Getting Around:

The condo is located on the north side of Old Tampa Bay and is just a short drive to downtown Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and more.
