I stayed at 'Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore' with my 8-year-old daughter from February 20th to 25th, 2025, and we had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully decorated with palm trees, other lovely plants and waterfalls, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Our one-bedroom suite with two queen beds on the 3rd floor was spacious, clean, and well-kept, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the bathroom was a bit small, it was still functional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, with staff handling everything professionally. The pool and gym were well-maintained and enjoyable to use. The restaurant was nice, and the breakfast options were good. We also appreciated the elevator’s outside view as we moved through the eight-floor property. Another highlight of staying at Four Points was the complimentary shuttle service, which provided convenient transportation to and from the airport, as well as nearby shopping centers. This added a great level of ease to our trip. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay and would recommend this hotel. I’d happily stay here again on a future visit to Tampa!

Was given the wrong key . Had to return to the front desk to get another key from the third floor . Then was told the wrong room before my wife caught the error . One of the Elevators was in operable and the remaining elevators were extremely slow . Hotel felt like it was going to be shut down .

I did not reserve a suite, but it was comfortable, the vent in the living room was loud and ran all night. We were charged a $12.00 parking fee along with over $300 for the stay. WOW was not expecting that. The to go pizza was very good, and breakfast was good,.

Last night before flying back home Picked this hotel cause it was close to airport, poor customer service with airport shuttle and front desk. Waited over an over with three phone calls to hotel asking for pickup. Room smelled. Half elevators were out the next morning. Not sure I would use this location again.

Wonderful! Booked this hotel because of the amenities. Reliable shuttle pick up from the airport, restaurant bar, pool and fitness. Love the grounds very tropical. Staff are friendly. Food is very good as well. Free coffee. Will definitely be staying here when in Tampa!

This hotel was just ok for the price we paid. there are a lot of other nice hotels that are cheaper. its definitely an older hotel, and i feel like the room could have been cleaner (tables and other items didnt seem to be whiped down). i would stay here again only if it was a really cheap option. not a bad hotel, just not great either.

Our stay was just average. Older property. All rooms have highway noise. Our room had a smell. Parking on site was very easy. Proximity to the airport was fantastic. Staff were very nice.
