Quick Family Getaway to attend event

We were in town for the M72 Metallica tour with a two day ticket (forcing us to stay through the weekend). We chose this property because of the value for a family of 4 and pet friendly…we were very happy! The cabins are clean and nicely nestled on the property with lots of woodland area. The back half of the park clearly is more RV/permanent residents, but we only visited that area once while taking our dog to the dog park. It was close enough to the stadium and other areas we visited, but far enough away to not feel overwhelmed by the city. The cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable and spent a lot of our down time together there. My youngest has even requested we take a trip here every summer. The staff was friendly and we communicated mostly through the app and they were very responsive and accommodating including allowing us an early check in so we could get ready for the first night of the concert the day we arrived. Overall a very nice little resort with a great value and definitely helped make our family getaway more enjoyable.

New cabins. Heated pool. Good for travelers who want a more rustic experience. Location was not great. Shopping and restaurant areas around property are not safe as and there is extra police presence

This cabin rental was extremely epic! My hubby and I had a wonderful relaxing stay with acomadations out of this world! Although there were multiple cabin rentals aligned each with private driveways, and asphalt paved roads resembling a cabin town our nights were as slumbering off grid.We will be back at the first opportunity.

I had an amazing experience from check in to check out. Everything was smooth and stress free. The location was perfect, the place was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely book again in the future. Perfect WWE weekend getaway. Only five miles from the venue. We loved the privacy and cold ac. The property was cute and clean, everyone was nice. Did have two issues, one was Ants!!!!! So many ants in the bathroom. We couldn’t keep anything in there. They were crawling everywhere. Also we texted and asked for trash bags and received a response that some would be dropped off in the morning. They never were dropped off. So we had to make do with what we had which was a to go bag. Very nice place will definitely return in September when we come to see MCR at RJS. :)

Property was clean, safe, staff was super helpful. The pool and clubhouse area were awesome! We went from swimming in the pool to playing pool on the patio! We have passes to the area theme parks so I do believe we have found our new spot to stay in Tampa!

The property, cabin it’s super cozy and well maintained. The three stars is because unfortunately the AC was not working and after multiple messages and phones calls they were unable to accommodate us that night. The following morning they sent the tech and they fixed it. But we the first night we had to stay at another place for the night because the heat unbearable.

This was the cutest cabin ever! It had everything you would need. Amazing AC, love all the kitchen supplies, easy check in, wonderful bathroom and amenities. It even had a medicine cabinet! So much to even describe. Fun relaxing stay!

Recent stay

Cozy cabins make for a perfect getaway. The place is expanding and sounds exciting. There's still construction happening, but that didn't detract from the charm. I loved the rustic feel of the place and the surrounding nature. I can't wait to see the finished results on my next visit.
