the customer service was AMAZING! I believe his name is Jamel. i’m sorry if I spelled it wrong but he was so nice. I got to the hotel really early from a cruise and he kept my luggage in a secure location for me while I went and did a little bit of exploring in tampa and then I was able to check in a little earlier. I could be wrong, I haven’t clarified it yet but I think I was charged an early check in fee because what I was charged was higher than what I was told when I booked it, so I wish that would have been communicated to me or just how much the hotel was going to be, I would have maybe not checked in early and just waited until 3pm. but other than that, the room was very clean and looked like the pictures. I picked this location because of the airport shuttle service and i’m glad I did. I’ll definitely stay here again next time i’m in tampa!

Our flight landed early and their shuttle was able to come pick us up from the airport in under 10 mins! They were even able to let us check in early and were able to use their pool prior to our usual check in time at 3! The room was clean, and true to the pictures online! Another perk to this place is, it’s walking distance to Bahama Breeze restaurant! Their breakfast buffet was delicious and their eating space were accommodating for me and my 3 year old son! Would love to stay here again
