I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I especially appreciated the excellent amenities, including the delicious breakfast and the relaxing pool area. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

the customer service was AMAZING! I believe his name is Jamel. i’m sorry if I spelled it wrong but he was so nice. I got to the hotel really early from a cruise and he kept my luggage in a secure location for me while I went and did a little bit of exploring in tampa and then I was able to check in a little earlier. I could be wrong, I haven’t clarified it yet but I think I was charged an early check in fee because what I was charged was higher than what I was told when I booked it, so I wish that would have been communicated to me or just how much the hotel was going to be, I would have maybe not checked in early and just waited until 3pm. but other than that, the room was very clean and looked like the pictures. I picked this location because of the airport shuttle service and i’m glad I did. I’ll definitely stay here again next time i’m in tampa!
