Our reservation was for two queen beds and a pull out couch bed. When we checked in, we asked for the bedding for the pull out couch and the very nice lady at the desk said she it would be ready for pickup in a few minutes. We were headed next door to eat so I said we would pick it up on the way back to the room. After dinner, we stopped at the front desk and a different lady said there wasn’t any bedding available. After insisting that we needed something for the bed, she gave us a fitted sheet and empty duvet cover. No pillow. No flat sheet. No blanket. The second day, we were able to get a second, empty duvet cover. Our room was never cleaned and we had to chase down fresh towels as we didn’t receive any room service. The breakfast was nice and the hotel layout was helpful for a quick exit to the back parking lot when we had to leave early on our departure day. Adequate laundry facility as well.
