The check in process took a long time and I was checked in an hour late. This was a Tuesday and I was to check out on Friday. The woman Jarymar who checked me in was quite rude. So I got in my hotel room 5pm Tuesday and at 9 am Wednesday morning I wake up to people banging on my door then trying to open It since I didn’t answer. It’s housekeeping telling me it’s time to check out! First off I’m here til Friday, secondly have until 11 am what are you doing here at 9 am, lastly you don’t JUST OPEN THE DOOR WHEN SOMEONE DOESNT ANSWER! I called down to front desk and tried to talk to a manager. Sophia was unprofessional and didn’t know how to handle the situation. I then called Expedia to try and get a refund at that point for the rest of the stay because I felt so unwelcome after speaking to their “management” Expedia granted me the refund thankfully and I was packing my things up to leave. At 10:22 housekeeping without even knocking once just walks in my room like they own the place! Doesn’t knock? In what world? I couldn’t believe it! Two times before 11 am which is checkout time employees just walk in to my room. I was in complete shock so when I go downstairs to leave I of course stop wanting to speak to management about this COMPLETE INVASION OF PRIVACY and they have nothing to say! I asked to speak to a higher up manager or a director of operations and I was told no one was available. That Amber would call me. Never has.

Hotel is very nice. Pool is on the 5th floor and very small for the size of the hotel. Valet Parking is an additional $40 that was not expected. Its $25 at the lot 2 blocks away. No inhouse restaurant or drink options after 10. We were on the 13th floor. No vending machines.

Fun friend trip!

The suite was perfect for our 4 friend group! We also loved the pool, and we picked up a tasty lunch at the restaurant to eat in our suite. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

We booked last minute in an area we are not familiar with and had a great experience. Traveling with a toddler and a baby, it was very convenient to have the valet and prompt service at check-in. Breakfast the next morning has great variety. The room was clean and spacious. We were very sad we were leaving so soon and just spending one night.
