The breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast, not very appealing. However, the entire week we were there, the hotel was very quiet, very well maintained and the staff was without exception, outstanding and deserving of high praise. We wont hestitate to return or to recomend the hotel to our friends.

The staff was not supportive and the room was not spacious. Dangerous bathroom, especially fir kids as the water comes out ftom the shower and no fan to dry the bathroom. The elevator was horrible with a very bad odor. Also, don't forget that you have to pay for the parking. The breakfast was good.

The accessible walk-in shower hose connections leaked so bad that we had to use all the towels to clean up the room. Also, the mattress was so high that I had to lift my mobility challenged wife into the bed (they had no step stools to assist handicapped people to safely get into the bed unassisted). This should not be the case if you’ve paid for an accessible room in advance. Staff were very polite.

Rooms was very very clean and comfortable, staff was amazing, breakfast we good, the only issue i have was that i stayed 4 days and i was charged $30 plus for parking, that is just wrong, i have stayed at many hotels never paid for parking before, that is my only disappointment

Left before breakfast and it was very clean and well kept hotel. Will absolutely stay here again if I need to be to the airport in the morning in Tampa. Was about 20 minutes away, lots of lights even at 4:00 a.m. but hotel was excellent for the value
