The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable (albeit a little squeaky 😆), and the highlight was being greeted by Frankie (the sweetest bulldog we’ve ever met!) as we walked in the front door. Being that it’s a shared bathroom with other guests I was a little self conscious of talking to long, but it worked out just fine. My only suggestion would be adding a box of tissues in the bathroom and adding a safety bar for older guests to assist in getting in and out of the 4-leg bathtub/shower. Otherwise it was a great experience and recommend it to anyone as an overnight stay. It’s a short distance to downtown Tampa and if anyone is there over the weekend we highly suggest exploring Tampa University ina Sunday and spending time at the Plant Museum (which is part of the admin bldg)

It was perfect! We were looking for something that wasn't a hotel for a fun weekend adventure. Walking distance to downtown Riverwalk. House was unique and very welcoming.

Even though it was just for the night we had an incredible time at the house. We were immediately greeted by the most friendly and inviting host named Kimberly along with an even friendlier pup named frank. The house was beautifully decorated, bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, and everything was so clean. The room came stocked with water and a kettle with tea bags and granola bars which was such a sweet touch that we really appreciated. It was also so fun to wake up and see a couple chickens roaming around the backyard. I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Tampa.

This was a very nice bungalow. We stayed in the Peacock room. We had a key to the door to lock when we left the property. There were towels and robes made available for showering and a mini fridge with water. Also a kettle with some instant coffee and granola bars. Kimberly picked us up and took us to the airport for a fee, the convenience and her knowledge of the city were very helpful in getting us to the airport on time the day of our departure. I would recommend this location for a stay in Tampa. It was reasonably priced and we enjoyed our time there.
