The home has been curated to appease even the most discerning traveler. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner lot home is around 1,430 sf and sleeps up to 8 (best suited for either 6 adults and 2 children or 7 adults+child) and has a hot tub. Enjoy a coffee & tea bar complete with Verissmo Espresso maker, Cusinart drip coffee maker and cup specific hot water dispenser, ground coffee and assortment of teas. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains are in the bedrooms... because sleeping in on vacay is a must! Beds are high quality memory foam (Nectar). There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use located in the kitchen. There is ample parking including room for an RV. If you are bringing your RV please disclose to host prior to for approval. The bedrooms are not huge, but the common areas are...nice sized kitchen, dinning space and large living room. For entertainment there is a 55 inch Smart TV in the living room and a wall mounted smart TV in the primary bedroom. The TVs DO NOT have cable however, they are smart TVs where you can log into your streaming services. There is a Skeet Ball Game and dueling karaoke bluetooth microphones for fun. The kitchen is equip with quality cookware, silverware, dinnerware and glassware. The master bathroom has a rainfall shower head and the 2nd bath boast a large garden tub and LED Bluetooth mirror. The closet in the hall is a supply closet for cleaners and is to remained locked. It is not for guest access. There is a ring door bell device located on the right of the front door that has audio and video surveillance. The video and audio ring doorbell camera only shows views of the driveway and entryway. The host reserves the right to access and review the audio and video footage at any time during a guest stay. The camera is there for the guest safety.
