This cozy house (semi-detached house) is located in Vabriga, 7 km from Poreč and 800m from the beach. The house was built in 2010 and very tastefully decorated with modern furniture. It is located on its own 200 m2 plot of land and offers its guests a beautiful covered terrace with seating, barbecue brick walls, well-tended garden with flowers and olive trees for sole use. Covered parking is in the yard and the whole property is fenced.
The house is suitable for 4 people on a 90m2 living space and is on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with exit to the garden, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and exit to the covered terrace with seating, grill and loungers, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor is the modern bedroom with double bed and exit to the covered balcony with seating, bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower / toilet in the hallway.
Air conditioning and WiFi are available and included in the price.
The twin town of Tar-Vabriga has so far been spared from mass tourism, but still offers an excellent infrastructure with bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The Lanterna peninsula with many beautiful beaches is only 1.5 km away. Tar-Vabriga is also an excellent starting point to get to know Istria. The coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The Istrian hinterland with the artist town Grožnjan or the historic mountain village Motovun can be reached quickly.
