Komplett digitales Appartementhotel (alles erfolgt online, man sieht keinen Menschen) in bester Lage. Stylisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, leckere Bäckerei im Haus. Der Fitnessraum war ein wenig dreckig, aber ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Am besten war eigentlich das riesige Zimmer, mit der voll eingerichteten Küche und den kostenlosen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Der Service von Bob über WhatsApp war auch herausragend. Total netter Kontakt.

Bob W. is in love with its own image. If they would only spend as much time and effort improving the product as they do marketing it, it would be at the right value. Critiques: 1. Yes it is a loft -the bed area is made for 5'5" humans. 2. TV is connected to no network or feed services. 3. Breakfast is in the same building, but is a credit. I was with my wife and so we had "20 EUR" credit daily. My problem was to use it early - if you spend any, you must spend the whole quantity, it cannot be spread over multiple aggregate times. So the voucher is not flexible or useable. Good location, but some aggravations made this a place I would not stay at again. Purely a play to Gen Z.

It’s a loft style flat in a converted building. Very convenient for the centre. Beautifully decorated and reasonably well equipped. Very clean. We liked it a lot. Downsides were it’s quite loud as on the main road and hard to make it dark given the huge windows. It was good for us for two nights.

Very nice apartment with lots of space. The kitchen is great! The bed upstairs was really soft, even too soft for us. Old people need firm bed :)The pillows were great and there was enough varieties! For some mysterious reason we didn't get the TV working. Only sound but not picture. That was strange. I really like this concept. Reservation is easy and you take really good care of the client with your messages. And all the small details make me so happy, for example the teabags, cotton pads, kitchen tools. And the code locks are great, no need for card or keys. Thank you!

Affordable, amazing amenities, and a great location! So many high quality freebies in the room, and a beautiful view of the church next door right from the window. It really feels like they care about the guest experience, despite not having on site staff. Could not recommend more if you want to explore Tartu!

The communications that I received before I ever got to the hotel were clear and very informative. The room was incredibly comfortable and very well maintained. Even though the building does not have an in-house reception I was able to get help for an issue I was having within a couple of minutes. Overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time and definitely the best I've had on this 6 country, 12 city tour.

Amazing stay

The space was perfect, lots of room and plenty of utensils/etc.. in the kitchen. The coffee maker was incredible and well stocked. Bed was comfy and could not hear noise. Communication was perfect, they helped arrange many things outside of the normal stay with made my travel much easier. Highly recommend for short or long stays

This is a very small studio apartment which can be rather stuffy in warm weather. The fan in the room wasn’t used as it made an annoying clicking sound. It is in a great area not far from the river, the Town Hall Square and there are lots of eating places.
