I wouldn’t recommend the place

It was okay but not convenient . There was a lot of stairs to pull your suitcases up to get to reception . There was no daily cleaning . Breakfast was very minimal . Staff didn’t speak English and there was no daily cleaning . It was expensive but no service . The only person who was speaking English was Victoria who created us on the first day . And we couldn’t find her again .

Property is near a metro station so it’s a convenient place to stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities are basic and the elevator did not work for a couple of days when I was there. Nonetheless, it’s still a good place especially for the price.

A nice hotel

The hotel is in a busy corner, so noisy. The location is not very near the attractions of the city, but the metro is half a block away and dirt cheap, so it is extremely easy to go anywhere else in the city in a few minutes. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms well appointed. My main complaint (but it is not only about this hotel, but rather many in Tbilisi) is that they advertise "free parking", which should be read as "you are free to park in the street if you find a spot".

Отдыхала в Тбилиси в середине мая. Свой выбор остановила на отеле Diamond. Отель отличный, хорошее расположение, рядом с метро, пешком до старой части города минут 20. Очень понравился интерьер отеля, современный, рядом с ресепшеном хорошая зона отдыха с диванами, телевизором. Номер как на фото, хорошая большая кровать, телевизор, кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, халаты, тапочки, полотенца. В отеле есть лифт, что очень важно, учитывая тот факт, что с пустым чемодан уехать из Грузии невозможно))) Завтраки отличные, всегда была мясная, сырная, овощная нарезка, творог, хлопья, варёные яйца, гречка, сосиски, выпечка, чай, кофе растворимый. Минусов никаких для меня не было. Единственно, хотелось бы большое зеркало в номере и автомат для натурального кофе, но это так, пожелания на будущее!!! Большое спасибо хочу сказать персоналу, всегда очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные! Обязательно буду советовать этот отель друзьям!
