Great location near the gondola, walking distance to everywhere in town. Clean rooms and we really enjoyed the steam room and hot tub.

The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly staff, close to literally everything, it was absolutely perfect. This will be the only hotel we will stay at in Telluride!

Positives: great location; good sized room; staff was friendly and helpful; room clean; decent continental breakfast. Negatives: high off-season price; charge for parking. Fireplace barely lit; maintenance came by fairly promptly, stated fireplace should have a larger fire, played around with controls and when that didn't work, said the minimal flame was normal and couldn't go higher. Fireplace had a remote control; this was missing from the room.

The location was ideal - super convenient. Our room on these second floor was also ideal - next to breakfast and work area. Staff was very accommodating. My only negative comment would be that the rooms are rustic - in need of renovation to be freshened up. Bathroom had been updated and was very modern and fresh. Would be nice if rooms themselves were updated, too.
