Termini Imerese -kylpyläkaupunki, jossa on runsaasti taidetta ja luonnonkauneutta, sen alkuperät ovat kadonneet ajan myötä. Sen alueella on Kreikan Himeran kaupungin jäännöksiä, joissa on voiton temppeli ja laaja nekropolis. Taideteosten joukossa voit Duomo lisäksi ihailla Madonna della Consolazionen pyhäkköä kuuluisien Serpotta-kuuluisten stukkosten kanssa, Rooman vesijohto (cornelius), joka on peräisin 1. vuosisadalta jKr. C., Rooman amfiteatteri, kylpylät (linkitetty Herkulesin legendaan) ja monet muut vierailun arvoiset monumentit, mukaan lukien kansalaismuseo ja Himeran antikvaario.

This is the perfect place to stay. Not only is the villa clean and beautiful, but they were willing to prepare a welcome meal for our 8pm arrival and a fantastic banquet for later in the week.

Lovely villa

A wonderful stay in a villa with fantastic outside space and great views. Termini Imerese was maybe not a holiday resort, but there was plenty to see and explore in the wider area with a hire car The hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

What a Villa!

From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!

Wonderful hosts

We could not say enough nice things about how helpful and kind the hosts were for this lovely property. The house is as pictured with beautiful views. As other reviewers mentioned, the host’s dinner is a wonderful experience. We were welcomed in person and had a huge meal on the patio overlooking the sea after a very long travel day. Any questions we had were immediately attended to.

Saved by the pool

We have had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. As it was very hot, we spent a lot of time by the pool. We were two families with 6 teenagers and it worked very well. Good with space for socializing and at the same time the possibility of privacy. Close to several excursion destinations.

Amazing!

This is a fantastic villa which is highly recommended! The family that owns the house is amazing. Short distances to lots of cities and villages. The view is incredible. The house is nice and clean. We really recommend to try out a Sicilian evening where Landlord cook for you. Excellent cuisine of many kinds! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Sicilian villas

First of all the villa is outstanding either for the view, the pool the patio and the size inside. The hosts are just amazing and we had the chance to have a diner prepared at our arrival to taste the great Sicilian food. Everything was perfect. As a side note, Termini the city is not great, industrial city, but the overall location between Palermo and cefalu is a great compromise. Spend the day at Cefalu beach and visit San Mauro and Castlebueno as a recommandation.

Everything we imagined and more. Exquisite sea views, immaculately clean, loads of space and a perfect pool. Do not hesitate to request the fantastic Sicilian barbecue option…Rosella, Alberto and Carlo blew us away with the best meal we had on our entire trip, hands down! Our family came from far and wide to meet up for this special trip and I am sure we will do it again someday!

Fabulous villa with stunning views over the bay

We were an adult family group of n Sicily for the first time and Villa Consiglio was the perfect place to explore from. The Villa, pool and its many terraces enjoy views towards Palermo and Cefalu which could be easily reached by car or train. The villa was quiet and away from the centre but just a few minutes to the town by car. The owners went to great lengths to welcome us and Carlo was always available to deal with any questions, to guide us to the villa and run us to the train station. Thanks to Alberto and Rossella for a fantastic Sicilian feast to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday.. We will definitely return!

Perfect vacation for our family of 7

The property had breath taking views and Alberto was available at all times, took less than 2 mins to get a response for any questions. The Sicilian banquet dinner was phenomenal - highly recommend! The drive/streets to villa were winding through hills but worth the effort once you pass thru the gates. 5 mins to Termini for groceries, restaurants and gelato at the famous Termini Belvedere…and 40 mins to beautiful Cefalù! Highly recommend if your looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Vehicle is required.

Amazing stay

All seven of us had a fantastic week at the Villa. We were met on arrival by Alberto, his mother and Carlo (the groundskeeper). Throughout the week we were able to contact Alberto with absolutely any request to which he dutifully took care of. The Villa itself is even better in person. The views are outstanding and the pool is wonderful and just the right size. In the first day, Carlo took myself down to Termini Imerese to rent a car. I would definitely suggest renting a car. We would absolutely come again.

A perfect place to unwind

We stayed at Villa Consiglio for 4 nights over summer and had a wonderful time. The hosts greeted us with a delicious platter & shared dinner. Alberto was very responsive and helpful with any questions or local recommendations. The villa itself was beautiful, great ac and pool. It’s is a little way from town so would recommend having a car. Alternatively we used a great local driver who lives up the road - +39 170 016 74. He took us up to Caccamo castle which we loved. Highly recommend this villa and we hope to return. Thank you.

Beautiful villa with a fantastic view - all that a family can ask for

We had a party of 9 people for 4 evenings. The villa was more than what the pictures could properly describe. The view included both the sea and mountains, the kitchen was well appointed, and the house was very clean. The landscaping and outdoor ammenities were beautiful and made for great dinners on the patio. Though it was a bit difficult to find the first time; after that it was central located with easy access to termini, Palermo, Cefalu and all the other cities - Access to A19 was less than 10min away. Termini is a great town to use as a home base and has everything you need. I would select this villa once again if returning to Sicily

An incredible Sicilian villa provided by equally incredible hosts

Wow. My mind is still blown away by this incredible place that our family stayed at last week. Photos cannot capture the spectacular scenery that surrounds this well-kept property, which feels completely secluded. We stayed here with our 2, 4, and 7 year old and we all had an absolute blast. From the pool to the spiral staircase to their "tree house" rooms, our kids were in heaven. My wife and I could not have been happier enjoying limoncello on the beautiful patio that overlooked the ocean and surrounding mountains. And the hosts, I cannot say enough for how much they made us feel at home with full support and contact (via Whatsapp) throughout our stay. You read it in other reviews, but the Sicilian Banquet is an absolute must and is a dining/cultural experience like no other. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Amazing hideout with a gorgeous view

We had an amazing week at Villa Consiglio. The view are amazing, overlooking the sea and the mountains, the house are beautiful with Classic Italian woodtables and the garden are perfekt with gorgeous palmtrees, cactuses and flowers between Roman statues. We had our breakfast out on the huge terrasse and early nigits we had dinner with the great view overlooking the sea. Late dinners we were sitting in the valv overlooking the uplightned pool. We had the best welcome from Pietro and Rosella with supplies stucket in the kitchen and they also made us some antipasto for us to eat when we arriverat late. Perfekt! We also had Pietro and Rosella to come over to cook great Sicilien food one night. Great antipasto with frutte de mare, 2 gorgeous pastadishes and ofcourse some local Dolce. It was amazing! We spent lots of time in the garden by the pool, Reading books, looking at the kids having fun playing. Relaxing! We recomend this place highly! Thank you /linda & per

Oasis of calm

Upon our arrival in Termini Imerese we were met at the cathedral by Pietro and his wife Rosella. We followed them to their home through the winding streets and came upon an oasis of calm. Each morning we would awake to a rising sun over the sea , followed by a dip in the pool. Breakfast was enjoyed on the veranda . Grounds are beautifully decorated with replicas of Roman sculptures. The facilities are very good and are set up for large parties. Access to the autrostrada is only 10 minutes away, once you learn the way. As a tourist this was a challenge we learned quickly with Rosetta's help. The bedrooms are on two levels and worked well for our party of 4 . The kitchen is well equipped , although we did not cook other than breakfast. Food shopping was nearby and we stocked up on basics like coffee and munchies. Creating an everlasting memory of our stay was the Sicilian feast prepared by Rosella with support by Julia. Not only did we enjoy the most fabulous food but we engaged in great conversation and were able to learn more about our hosts. This is an additional cost, but well worth the experience. We were also able to travel to Cefalu, Palermo and Argegento on day trips . This was in addition to fully enjoying a very leasurly time at Villa Consiglio.

Amazing incredible place

Everything about this rental was incredible. The property is amazing. It has 2 very large decks with unbelievable views of the mountain and the sea. The pool is great with lounge chairs to sit. The landscaping is breathtaking; beautifully decorated with statues. You could easily never leave the property and have a great time. It has plenty of room to park in a gated house. It has 2 bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second with air conditioning units. There is a bathroom and shower on each floor. Outside there are amazing tables in the front and back to eat. The hosts were incredibly nice and responsive. They had a worker meet us in town to help guide us to the place the first time, We arranged an amazing meat and cheese plate, wine and small desserts from the hosts the first night there. We also arranged with the hosts a catered 7 course Sicilian feast that is so good it is indescribable. We really felt fortunate to experience a true Sicilian feast with all fresh local products. Termini Imerese is a great place to see as well as a great location to be centered to see other sites. It is a short train ride to Cefalu and Palmero, or a short car ride. I have been fortunate and have traveled a lot. Hands down this was the best VRBO house rental I have ever rented. It would be ideal for a wedding or large event. In the back there are 3 additional bathrooms which really come in handy as we had 6 people. Shout out to Alberto and his amazing mom

Außergewöhnlich

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, uns wurde ein typisch italienisches Essen zum Mittag serviert.Dafür nochmals vielen Dank an die Mama.Das Haus hat viel Platz, große Terrassen und einen großen Pool, wo die Kids sich gerne darin aufgehalten haben.Der große Garten ist wunderschön, und man konnte dort relaxen oder auch spielen. Jeden Tag wurde der Pool betreut, und anliegende Probleme sofort gelöst.Der Ort ist kein Touristenort, viel Industrie und die Straßen sind in einem miserablen Zustand. Mit der Sauberkeit in der Umgebung nehmen es die Italiener nicht so genau, das gilt allerdings nicht für das Objekt.Der Gastgeber hat uns einige Hotspots gezeigt, wo man gute Restaurants oder Eisdielen finden konnte, und da haben wir auch noch ein paar schönere Ecken von Termini Imerese kennengelernt.Total beeindruckt waren wir von der Aussicht auf der Terrasse, nach vorne das offene Meer und Termini Imerese, im Hintergrund die Berge.Die Villa liegt in ca 300m Höhe und die gesamte Aussicht ist Atemberaubend.Unsere Kids hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in Italien, dafür hat auch der Gastgeber mit seiner Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit gesorgt.

Très belles vacances

Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances.D’un côté, une vue magnifique sur la mer, d’un autre, une très belle montagne, sans oublier la piscine pour se rafraîchir et se détendre tout en admirant la vue.La maison propose tout ce dont on peut rêver en vacance.Pour notre part, Cefalù a été l’endroit incontournable à visiter !Si je devais trouver un bémol, je dirai: la conduite des Siciliens… Même les locaux décrive Palerme comme « le Vietnam » . Évidemment, ça ne remet pas question le charme à la maison, l’accueil d’Alberto ou même les entretiens de Carlo.Merci pour ces belles vacances.

A beautiful stay at Villa Consiglio

We were a group of 10 friends celebrating my 30th Birthday at Villa Consiglio. From the beginning, communication with our hosts was fantastic. They even met us in town so that we could follow them to the Villa where they gave us a detailed walk-through/handover. Alberto was friendly and quick to respond to any queries. He also sent through a list of recommended venues and amenities in the local area which was very useful. The Villa itself was stunning and in a beautiful location. Many of our group went on day trips to local attractions and beaches and found it very conveniently located for sightseeing. After reading previous reviews we also opted in for the banquet, which was delicious and extremely generous in serving size (like others have mentioned we had many leftovers the next day), highly recommend if you get the opportunity. Thank you for a brilliant stay Villa Consiglio team!

Termini Imerese luxury hideaway.

The Villa is exactly as represented in the VRBO photos. It is on a large gated and beautiful piece of private property just outside of town. The house is very clean and modern and well appointed with comfortable furniture, and the outdoor dining and patio space is phenomenal, having endless views of the Mediterranean coastline. The pool is a huge bonus, we used it at least twice a day. It is a great place to sun yourself in the morning or enjoy an evening swim with a cocktail. Pietro’s son Alberto will be the person who will handle the English speaking guests, as he is fluent. He will contact you through the VRBO app a few days before you arrive, and will use WhatsApp to communicate directly with property details and how to get there. Alberto is available anytime to help answer any questions you may have about the property, along with information about dining/grocery store etc. He also has Carlo, who lives nearby, to assist with the maintenance of the property (trash, any mechanical issues etc) and can be there at a moments notice. We can’t rate our experience at this property highly enough. We absolutely loved every moment of our time spent here. It is an oasis after a long day and a place that felt like home when we arrived. We didn’t want to leave!

Excellent property in a convenient location with sea and mountain views

A well equipped and well located villa in a great location, convenient for the coast, mountains and day trips to local cities and towns. The house and grounds are spacious and well maintained. The pool is a good size and the bedrooms are air conditioned. Alberto was enormously helpful and swiftly answered all WhatsApp messages asking for recommendations of what to do, where to eat and other practical advice. Carlo maintains things and was also a great help. We opted to book the home cooked Sicilian banquet one night and would highly recommend it. Amazing food with many Sicilian classics and lots left over to eat later. Termini Imerese, the local town, has good facilities including a beach and a main line station with free parking and good links. Termini was not in our guide books, but is well worth exploring and has a fascinating history dating back to the Greeks and Carthaginians. The cathedral square, the museum, the steps of the Via Roma and the nearby Roman aqueduct are all very attractive and interesting. Palermo, Cefalu and Caccamo are ‘must do’ day trips. We all had a fantastic holiday!

Lækker villa

Vi havde 14 dage i denne dejlige villa, super søde værter med styr på det hele. Efter en travl dag på vandet eller på standen er det lækkert at komme op til denne dejlige villa og nyde stilheden og udsigten over vand og bjerge. 🤩🤩
