With 70 m² of living space, the bungalow is distributed on one floor with a living-dining room with air conditioning, fireplace, sofa bed and tv. An open plan kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning.
Outside accommodation:
From the lounge there is access to a pleasant covered terrace with table for outdoor dining. down a flight of stairs there is access to a second terrace with a built in BBC, sink area, table for outdoor dining and access to the communal swimming pool which is just 30 metres away. Opposite the main entrance to the bungalow there is a private outdoor parking space.
It is located 2 m from the rocky beach "Cala del Baladrar", 700 m from the supermarket "Pepe la Sal", 700 m from the restaurant, 2 km from the sandy beach, 2 km from the golf course "Club de golf Ifach", 3 km from the town "Moraira" and is located in an ideal area for families and in the residential complex.

En general muy bien. Algo anticuado el comedor y la habitacion de matrimonio. El colchon no muy comodo. El apartamento es muy funcional, tiene de todo. El aire acondicionado funcionan muy bien. Y la picina muy limpia, aunque las hamacas son un poco viejas y no hay sombrillas

On a passé un super séjour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit vraiment joli. Seul bémol, il n'y avait que 2 transats pour 4 personnes et la VMC de la salle de bains ne fonctionnait pas mais à part ça que du bonheur!
