My check out time was 11:00 a.m. on July 28th. I decided to connect with my office for a business meeting in the cafeteria. The staff turned on the music very loud to drive me out of the cafeteria. I had to conduct the meeting in the parking lot. I fund that very rude and inconsiderate. I suspect it is policy of the hotel to deter guest.

Good hotel but breakfast was disappointing.

The room was great. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast hot selection was not very good. Sausage and eggs were aweful. No fruit. Toaster did not work well. Took 7 minutes to lightly toast a bagel.

Check in was not as I would expect Staff not very helpful with answering queries. Another staff member was very good and accommodated us with things we asked for. Could have been a shortage of staff at check in The pool was terrible for a young family. Too small, too deep…. Not heated. Very poor for this hotel chain. The beds were excellent and cleanliness impeccable.

Blamed for bed stain

Took $50 of deposit for a stain that was probably already on the bed. We were out of the room from 530pm-1230am. Only time we were in the bed was when we slept so not sure how the bed got stained. Future we will check the bed after checking in

The room was on the 4th floor at the back. We love watching airplanes so it was perfect for us. We did not find the plane noise disturbing, but ask for a room at the front if you think this will be an issue. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. The beds were very comfortable, and lots of pillows!
