Fernando (bell person) best service I ever had anywhere. Asked if we wanted ice. I thought he was going to give me a bowl and say get it yourself. No he took my ice chest and 3 days later I still have cubed ice. LOL Bathrooms nice and spacious. I think the hotel should advertise (dont charge more) their ocean view rooms.

The picture of the room shows a view of the beach. On the standard room once we got there I ask for the room of the beach they told me it’s additional $25 extra. I told them it shows on the Expedia web site they said it was wrong. And then I ask for extra blankets we never got them. Room check out time was at 12pm by 11am they were already knocking on the door even when the sign says don’t disturb they open my door when I was still in the room changing.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room needed attention we had stained sheets on one bed and holes on the other bed. When we turned the AC it’s started to drip profusely. We did not stay for the entirety of our reservation.
