Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Schlüsselabgabe ist ein freundliches und hilfsbereites Team vor Ort. Bei kleinen Mängeln wird sofort angeboten, diese zu beseitigen. Super. Wir sind zum 2. Mal in der Villa Stern. Traumhafte Lage - mit kurzen Wegen sowohl ins Zentrum als auch an den Strand. Tiefgarage als auch ein Fahrstuhl sorgen für Bequemlichkeit. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Service von Ostseeappartment ist sehr gut und aufmerksam.Danke für das Geburtstagsgeschenk! Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer reicht nicht aus. Im Kinderzimmer wären ein einfacher Stuhl und ein Haken an der Wand hilfreich. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sie weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in der EG-Wohnung; besonders die Nutzung der Tiefgarage und des Aufzugs sind bei der Ankunft und der Abreise sehr willkommen.
