The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious living and dining room of 40 m2, tastefully furnished and featuring a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from a private shower and WC as well as air conditioning. A second bedroom on the same level features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a full bath and WC with air conditioning, and also enjoys direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and air conditioned. On the upper floor, a third bedroom offers 2 single beds of 90 cm by 200 cm with a private shower and WC and air conditioning, while the fourth bedroom features 1 double bed of 2 x 90 cm and 200 cm in length, also with a shower and WC and air conditioning.
