Villa Casa Mendula is located near Tinjan, a village in the interior of Istria. This autochthonous stone villa is half of a semi-detached house and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior of the villa covers 130 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with an indoor fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere on colder days. The living room is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, ideal for evening movie nights. In the extension there is a kitchen, which gives the room a touch of romance with the pastel green color of the cabinets. There is also a dining table with 6 seats for enjoying meals. There is also 1 bathroom on the ground floor. All rooms are air conditioned.



There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor of this vacation home. 2 are equipped with double beds, while 1 has a single bed. Also 2 rooms have access to a common balcony. All rooms are decorated in a rustic style, and the combination of stone walls and wooden furniture contributes to a pleasant and warm atmosphere. There is another bathroom on the 1st floor.



In the courtyard of the villa there is a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area for all day socializing. Private parking for 2 cars is also available. Surrounded by greenery and flowers, this villa will be an ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.



Villa Casa Mendula is ideally located - in the heart of Istria, yet close to all major cities. You can reach Pazin in just 15 minutes by car, and the first coastal town, Poreč, in about 20 minutes. If you head inland towards Pazin, you will come across numerous natural beauties. One of them is Lake Butoniga - the largest lake in Istria. When you get there, you'll feel like you're in Austria, but don't let the scenery fool you - you're in Croatia. On your way back to the villa, stop at Zarečki krov, a cave filled with water from the Pazinčica River waterfall, and take some unforgettable photos.
