The Space:

Escape to pure luxury in this brand-new villa (completed April 2025), designed for 8 (+1) guests and offering breathtaking sea views. The property is fully enclosed with a gated entrance for privacy and features a heated pool (11.5 × 4 m), outdoor shower, electric vehicle charging station, and a south-facing garden with lounge area, sun loungers, and a 12-meter sunshade.



Inside, enjoy full air conditioning and underfloor heating, WiFi throughout, and smart TVs with integrated sound systems. The high-end kitchen with cooking island includes a wine cooler, two large fridges, convection and combination ovens, and all modern appliances. Outdoors, an additional kitchen with barbecue and sink makes summer evenings unforgettable.



Three elegant bathrooms and five toilets (one by the pool) provide comfort for all. The bedrooms feature Revor box spring beds: two rooms with doubles and a spacious family room with double bed and bunk bed (for 2+1 guests). A baby cot, washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are available.

Radetići is a serene rural haven surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and rolling hills, embodying authentic Istrian countryside charm. Villa Zeleni Mir provides exceptional privacy with stunning sea views and beautiful sunsets, ideal for poolside relaxation or terrace dinners. Local walking and cycling paths lead through scenic landscapes to nearby wineries and traditional konobas (rustic restaurants). The vibrant coasts of Poreč and Rovinj are conveniently close for day trips to the sea.



Getting Around:

Villa Zeleni Mir is nestled in the peaceful village of Radetići, offering a perfect inland base in northern Istria. A small local grocery store is just a short drive away in a nearby village, while larger supermarkets are reachable towards Poreč in about 20 minutes. Picturesque coastal towns like Poreč (25 minutes by car) and Rovinj (30 minutes) offer beaches, marinas, and restaurants. Pula Airport is approximately 60 km away, taking around 50–60 minutes to drive. Free private parking is available at the villa, with easy motorway access for further exploration.



Other Things to Note:

Bedlinen, towels, towels for the pool and final cleaning are included. Pool heating is optional (from april - october) and costs € 40 per day. The villa features air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool with sun loungers. A car is recommended to discover nearby beaches, wineries, and Istria's iconic coastal destinations like Rovinj and Poreč. There is a charging point for electric cars in the private parking lot. Charging costs are settled on-site. Check the current price with our local host upon arrival.
