Room was clean. But could hear lots of road noise. Breakfast was a joke. They had no cups, had to ask for them. Then went to get coffee and it was completely out, this was at 8am. The front desk acted like we was bothering her, when we ask.

The breakfast as promised was horrible. When we arrived for breakfast at 8am, there was no coffee. When we asked for milk for oatmeal, they said we only had water. There was no dry cereal, no juice. There were small dry packaged muffins, small yoghurts, and packaged cold boiled eggs.

I was verbally yelled at when I called the front office on the second day. I never received clean towels. My bed was never made. My trash was never emptied. Upon check out, when the female worker behind the counter asked about my stay, I started to tell her about the man yelling at me when I called the front desk. This prompted the man to come from the back office yelling at me AGAIN. Threatening me, and saying he will call the police. When I asked his name he yelled at me and said he was calling the police and get off the property.

The room was fine but the breakfast was disappointing. When hotels include breakfast, you imaging pancakes/waffles and other hot food. This place only had a grab-n-go with muffins, granola bars, microwave oatmeal and some fruit.

Heating system did not work, had to load luggage back up, move two floors up, after going down to front desk, then get to the room and it’s two double beds, even though we had paid extra for a king room, too late and tired to deal with at this point. Obviously not offered difference back or anything for the inconvenience. Water pressure at least on 4th floor) was terrible, and the breakfast? What a joke , a granola bar, a muffin, and a boiled egg…. THAT WAS IT! Worst I’ve ever experienced in any hotel ever!, would not stay again.
