Breakfast was typical American style making it a quick and easy start for the day. Perfect location for us because we flew into Orlando/Sanford airport for a cruise the next day out of Port Canaveral.

Disappointed with our check in. We didn't get the room we booked and paid for and it wasn't communicated to us during our checkin..we discovered ourselves when we walked into the room. Did not switch us to the room type we booked, apparently none avaliable. Not impressed with the lack of communication.

Rooms were clean. Shortly after checking in the shower in our room wasnt working and they switched our room immediately. Breafast bar was great. The only issues were that one elevator was down the entire time and all the lounge chairs by the pool were ripped or broken. The pool also hadnt been cleaned and had a ton of leaves.
