Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Don't be fooled by the pictures! The website makes this place look like a dream, but my February stay was a freezing nightmare. * The Hot Tub: Only a foot deep (no submerging) and never got above 75°F. * The Management: When I reported the cold water, the manager told me it’s cold because it’s winter. Unbelievable. * The Room: Floors were so cold I had to use blankets as rugs. * Towels are so smelly. It seems like towels have not dried completely or there has been no guests for many months. If you're looking for a cozy winter getaway, look elsewhere. This place is all marketing and no maintenance.
Cold floor
Hot tub. Only you can put your feet. Impossible to soak your body because the tub is so shallow. Of course the water temperature doesn’t reach more than 75 Fahrenheit in Winter and the manager said it’s normal!!!
Outside hot tub area
It took 2 hours to fill the tub not because it deep and wide but because the water pressure is so weak
