Elevator was broken and we were not told about it until we were already checked in. Was told that the stairs were our only option to get to our room. Staff was poorly dressed with unbrushed hair at 3pm. The room was old, wallpaper was peeling by the shower and the shower area appeared to be held together by caulk. Property needs a facelift.

Hotel was under renovation by entrance. Had no idea when I booked my reservation. The staff were excellent. The room was very nice. The only suggestion I have is there is no where to put your clothes during a shower. The love seat was a nice touch.

It was clean and staff was friendly. Disappointed in not being able to get a free breakfast but I probably my fault for not read fine print. Other down side was a child pulled the fire alarm in morning and pissed everyone off. Not the hotel’s fault but annoying and we just left early.

Breakfast was simply a bait and switch. If you prepaid, you only got three choices from the menu, none of which were attractive options. I paid $12 on my last day for a cappucino and banana. Although there were good looking muffins on the counter, those of us who had prepaid got two small, stale muffins that seemed to come from the dollar store. Not impressed and won't go back.

Used Tampon

We found a used tampon next to our bed so we asked to change rooms late at night. The rep that helped us did not offer any compensation for our poor experience. Did not feel comfortable taking a photo of a used tampon on my phone.
