Pillows and bedding were amazing. Signal was lost on tv though so we were unable to watch regular tv- saw only a few innings of World Series then had to watch on our phone. This was disappointing for a Canadian channel- Fox TV.

Room was very clean and was serviced everyday, breakfast was good but not as good as other hotels, cable service went out in middle of world series game 7, on one night the room appeared to have been rented to a hooker as there was noise all throughout the night and definite sexual activity in the morning.

The motel not hotel which it is advertised as hotel was a disappointment first off staff would not give me a room facing away from traffic because I booked online? Didnt make sanse and it was a long flight upstairs with my luggage no elevator. The toilet was running loud all night then broke! I changed rooms at 4am staff asked me why I didnt call them! Hello i did! Blaming your customer is not good! Other room was beside and a loud pipe noise kept me up reat of night! Terrible experience Staff was dismissive would not converse made me wait at the side to talk about refund etc..very rude! The manager would not come out to talk to me! Terrible and unprofessional experience

BW Halton Hills is one of the best accommodations we have run across in many countries for the purpose of simply finding a great place to stay. We visited Georgetown to see relatives not as tourists. The BW HH is actually a motel in fantastic condition. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great hot breakfast room. Staff for breakfast and room cleaning extremely helpful and friendly. I have never before in a Review given a PERFECT score but BE HH gets one from me
