The soud insulation not that good I can hear persons walk and talk in aisle clearly in the midnight The staff whose name is Christina working in the front desk in this morning aroud 11am attitude not good I ask is the hot water in the breakfast room 100 degrees Celsius ? Her face has no Smile at all her eyes staring at me unhappy said sure boiling water I ask what time breakfast finished? Her face and eyes keep unhappy to answer me I was smiling to ask her but she gave me cold face The guy at last night to check in for me has not much Smile but better than the woman

Room seems clean & comfortable. However, has an odor requiring air freshener. Overlook vacant lot with debris. Staff are helpful. Easy access location. Feeling better value can be found elsewhere.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and staff were friendly the only issue is there’s no elevator to get to the second and don’t remember seeing that on the website, so if you unable to go up stairs please speak to the hotel so you may get a room on the ground floor
