Area was a great location. The only complaint I have was, in room 101 there has been a water leak in the corner of the room by the bathroom that needs to be fixed as my concern was possible mold. The room was very clean!

Nice low cost motel in Etobicoke. Room was clean and quiet. Our only quibbles was a hard bed and the usb charging port in the room wasn't working. Still, I would return to Deluxe if I was in the area.

Below average stay

I came to stay to have a good night sleep in a room with air conditioner. The AC stopped twice and I had to go downstairs to get help because the reception button on the phone in the room didn't work. I was told later on that I should dial 0, but it was not mentioned anywhere. The compressor worked in pauses- it sopped very frequently and restarted, which created humidity in the room. On restart of compressor the AC created loud vibrating sound every time. The room was more humid than cool. The duvet has not been changed in ages I think because the filling was lumped all over and I had to spread it with my hands before putting it on me because it felt too hot with those lumps all over. A simple cheap pair of slippers should be provided in the room. The cheapest quality of toilet paper has been provided in the bathroom. I don't think it saves money because more paper is used for such a bad quality.
