Room rate was very good. Room has everything that I need. Everything is new, great condition and the room is spacious. The bathroom is new, clean and spacious. The comp breakfast is very good. Had an issue with WiFi but staff were very helpful and offered an acceptable solution. Only downside is pay parking but I guess you can't have everything.

The property was good and the room was clean. The room and furniture was up to date, the only downside was that my fiancé and I kept on getting itchy when we’re laying on the bed. We’ve checked on the bed several times to make sure there wasn’t any bed bugs and there was not, but something on the bed or sheets was making us have an allergy reaction.

I walked in the door to a zealous religious event in the main lobby and all the folks, myself included, were wondering what is happening here. The room, not the room I requested is rundown, work, tv didn’t work, the smell was overwhelmingly laundry soap or something unpleasant, towels were too rough to use. Unpleasant smells, experience, and somewhat awkward with the loud religious man preaching to his group right at reception

It was close to the international center where we had our trade show. Slept good in our bed but hearing the planes was a bit annoying. The breakfast was pretty good in the mornings, fresh and lots to choose from. The parking is TERRIBLE. We had trouble getting a parking spot the first night and had to sneak into a corner which wasn’t a parking spot, the second night we parked on a snow bank and the third night we left our vehicle at the convention center and had a co worker drop and pick us up. Plus the parking rates are outrageous, you might get free breakfast but you end up making up for it with the parking charge. That annoys me so I will not stay there again.

The mattress was so bad we could feel the springs through the sheet. Hamptons used to have wonderful mattresses, this was terrible! The toilet would not flush unless we took the lid off the tank and pulled up the flush valve each time. Definitely will not stay at this hotel again.

I did not have a physical credit card with me and even though I had electronic cards, physical debit cards and cash they refused to let me check in. I went to another Hilton Airport 10 minutes walk away and was allowed in instantly, they used the same machines to take my electronic card and told me that they would also have let me check in using the Hilton Honors app. Most obstructive staff I have ever encountered.
