There was no indication when booking that there was a charge for parking. No signage to get to the hotel. You have to drive thru the Crowne Plaza hotel. It is a new hotel so maybe that will come. The room is really nice just a few things. Needs more lightening or brighter bulb in the sitting area and plug ins at the bed sides. Had to move the mattress to plug in my fan and phone. Overall a really nice room. The hotel or expidea needs to be more up front with the cost of parking and more signage when trying to get to the property.

We had a fantastic stay at the brand-new Hyatt Place Toronto Airport and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The rooms are very spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for both families and business travelers. The staff was warm, professional and extremely helpful throughout our stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. A big highlight was the paid breakfast excellent variety, fresh options, and well-maintained dining area. Additionally the facility has a paid parking.
