The vent in the shower was very dusty. The floor felt very lumpy under the rug. The duvet didn’t feel like it breathed. Kept getting hot then kicked it off then got cold repeatedly.

The staff wasn’t overly helpful when I asked about parking. It’s cheaper to pay at the meter. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was way too hot, couldn’t get it cooled down. More 3 star than 4 star property. Not terrible, but overpriced.

I love the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the entertainment district. The streetcars pick up right in front of the hotel, so it's easy to get around. The staff were very welcoming, especially Joshua, who checked me in. The room was very clean and modern. It was surprisingly quiet for a big hotel.

I loved my stay. Stayed at deluxe suite and enjoyed the sun room. The customer service is 10 over 10 and special thanks to the assistant front office manager Kishor who assisted with a smooth check in. For breakfast the server Suzanne was amazing and had the best customer service I’ve experienced in Toronto. She needs a raise! Thanks Hyatt!
