Our room had the side table of the bed ripped out of the wall, it was very warm despite adjusting the thermostat, and we were on the main floor, so a bit noisy. On the plus side, it was reasonably priced and convenient to the highway, restaurants etc,. So not luxurious by any means but it was adquate for our needs.

Breakfast area setup isn't right with food everyone wants in the corner. They need to remodel that area and make it easier for guests to access the breakfast. They would also frequently run out of plates and cutlery...Seemed to be slightly understaffed but not terrible...just some simple improvements could make things better. Other hotel guests agreed with the bad layout mentioned above.

After driving 7 hours up from Pennsylvania, I arrived to find the hotel was packed with kids running everywhere and screaming like crazy. I almost just turned around and left to find someplace quieter, but I was pretty tired from driving. The front desk attendant said they were hosting a gymnastics tournament. Apparently, she is the one that organized it as she seemed to know everyone that was there. She took me to my room on the first floor and all I heard was the TV in the room next to mine as all rooms are connected. I went back and asked if there was another room that was a bit quieter, and she did give me another room on the second floor. It was definitely quieter but smelled really bad. My wife and I just dealt with the nasty stench in the room since we were only there for 2 nights and planned on being gone most of the day. I slept terrible the first night I was there as at 6:30am, there were kids running up and down the hallway as loudly as they can. I tried to get breakfast but the kids ruined that as well. I just got ready and got the heck out of there and spent the day in Toronto. The second night was a little quieter thankfully and I was able to get some sleep. I wasn't able to enjoy any of the amenities this hotel offers due to kids overtaking it. For the hotel management - if you are going to cater to families with kids, put that on your website so the rest of us can stay somewhere else. For me, my stay at your hotel was awful due to the kids overrunning it.

We specifically chose this spot because of the slide but we're very disappointed that we were not able to use the slide because the life guard had just gone off duty. We had to travel quite a ways to get there and so didn't make it in time. Had I known ahead of time, I would have booked somewhere cheaper. My kids were very disappointed, therefore I was disappointed. This honestly would make it so that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family. Otherwise everything else about our stay was satisfactory.

Had a two queen bed room which was very small. Bathroom very basic, bathtub floor had a creak. Stayed five nights and room cleaned only once. Ran out of toilet paper, hand soap and towels. Had to go to front desk to ask for these items a couple of times. There is not always somebody at the front desk, so had to wait to find staff. Hotel seems to cater to large groups and although breakfast had a lot of choices it was often very chaotic and busy running out of items often. Bed was very comfortable and was able to get a good nights sleep. Would not be my first choice for next stay.

The hotel is located in a convenient area of Aurora with lots of shops and community services nearby. My one dissatisfaction was the shower in my room on my first night had a cracked rubber strip so water flooded half of the bathroom. The front desk staff was very helpful and efficient in finding me another room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
