A number of homeless people hang outside the building, one even got in the elevator and lit up a cigarette. Security guards in the lobby were extremely rude. Didn’t realize it wasn’t a legit hotel and more like an Air B n B. My room wasn’t ready on time. The curtains in the room didn’t cover the window fully. Room was nice and clean.

This was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Expedia’s listing was blatantly misleading—payment was supposed to be “upon arrival,” but instead, we were hounded for it in advance via sketchy URLs. Then came the demand to screenshot proof of payment and upload it through yet another broken link. Less than 24 hours before check-in, we were hit with a surprise security deposit—again through a shady link. Communication beforehand? Nonexistent. The lockbox instructions were a cruel joke, like a scavenger hunt from hell. Inside, the unit was a disaster: a sparking microwave (serious fire hazard), dripping bath tap, and a bedroom window stuck open in the freezing Toronto spring. Reporting these? Useless. After five days of follow-ups, the response was, “We’ll report it.” We stayed 16 days in that mess. The bathroom sink was an open drain nightmare; the kitchen sink, clogged and caked in limescale. An Amazon delivery vanished into their black hole of a “concierge,” and we were scolded for even ordering it. Endless calls went nowhere. The worst? My partner, fresh from the shower, was walked in on by three strangers—one with keys—for a “viewing.” No notice. Total invasion of privacy. Checkout was the final insult. We were promised a late checkout room (for a fee), then told to leave in five minutes or face penalties—no room, no luggage storage. They basically kicked us out. STAY FAR AWAY.

This experience will ruin your trip

Not 3 minutes away from arena like said. Waited 3.5 hours on the room, never got room early, infact 1.5 hours after check in time room was "ready". Not fully cleaned because we had to rush them. We were late to the reason for coming out. Not a hotel, its an apartment building so front desk cant help. 1 ply, dollar store products. Communication was unclear, number registered as spam. No parking provided, very upset.

You're a few blocks from Eaton Centre/Yonge & Dundas, easy walk that's enjoyable if your staying during warmer months. Room is very nice and clean, could be better stocked with toiletries but otherwise fine. The washing machine was finicky to use, but used to those types of dryers being finicky anyways having lived in Toronto condos. Biggest issue was communication, I had to figure out how to reach out by number than request the email with information they were supposed to send by the time of arrival once checking my payment but waited until I inquired. Confusing. But other than that everything else was simple and smooth and great location.

It was kind of complicated. No one reached out to me about checking in. I got two texts to pay for the room and for a deposit. Then I didn’t hear anything back. I had to call the number in the listing and the person on the line sent me the check in information via email. There is a lockbox on site that you get the key from. They also gave me no parking information even though i requested it. There is underground parking in the building. 18 hours was $30.00. There is also Green P parking outside across the street. That said, the people in the building were very helpful, the condo was very clean and quite comfortable. The location is a short walk to Yonge Dundas Square. There is all kinds of food and shopping. I would def return here now that I know the routine. It’s worth it but could be easier. Great place, thanks again! 😊

Grei was unable to submit certain information because it was sent to me very late. When I got it I was on a Train enroute. I arrive at your lacation and was unsure that I was in the right place but I did call and confirmed the location. At this time I am in a taxi in front of the location. I called and offered to give whatever info needed to include credit card stuff. However, the person that I spoke with refused to take my info or allow me in. Therefore, at the last minute, we had to fine other accommodation. At this time, I do not expext to be charged and if you have already, I expect an immediate refund. Thanks for all considerations.

Strangers came into the unit unannounced and without notice - TWICE! Was woken up one of the days by two people (seemingly a realtor and prospective buyer) IN THE APARTMENT, right outside the bedroom door. Another group was inside the unit the day prior while I was out, as some things were changed in the apartment when I returned. All of my stuff was out during these "visits", including expensive items like my laptop. Luckily nothing was taken but it was completely unacceptable for that to even be in consideration. In addition, while the unit itself is generally nice enough, there are lot of issues. The shower constantly leaks, the microwave is broken, the kitchen sink doesn't work properly, and many of the closet doors are broken as well. Also, the owners are a challenge to communicate with. The check-in does not start until 5:00 PM and there was little communication prior to this, and then the information was also partially incorrect. Similarly, the check-out information was wrong as well. It then took a few days of pestering them in order to get my deposit back. It's a shame because it could be a great place to stay so close to downtown, but I would not recommend staying here.

The staff were easy to contact and always answered the phone when called. I found it confusing to know how to communicate, as I booked through Expedia but the staff would contact me through email/cell phone which made me a bit hesitant. Parking was easy to access and cheaper than what was advertised. The room was very clean, but low stock on items like linen, towels, dishwashing liquid, detergent. Other than these small issues, our stay was very pleasant.
