One of the elevators was inoperative for the entire stay. Not enough clothes hangers in the closet (only 2). Door to king suite did not any kind of latch - blew open whenever the A/C fan came on. TV channel guide showed numbers only - no station or show info. Couch in living area hard and uncomfortable to sit on.
