The unit offers 270 views of Toronto City Skyline & Lake Ontario. & the most important is the location, 1 min walk to Union Station, Accurium, CN Tower, Metro Convention centre. It cannot get more central than this.
The space
Luxury, spacious and inviting, you’ll feel perfectly at home in this modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which offers a panoramic view of the Toronto City Skyline and Lake Ontario. Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, groups, families and those in town for business, especially being located right near Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
Both bedrooms include queen size beds. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
We have full sets of bed sheets and duvets for all beds along with extras in case you would like to change bed sheets without doing laundry. The unit also includes extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
The master ensuite has a tub and a stand-up shower, sink & toilet. There are washer & dryer units in the apartment for guests who may have laundry. Super high speed fibre wifi internet is included in the unit as well as a 65 inch flat screen TV for your entertainment needs.
Both bathrooms are kept meticulously clean and come with a hair dryer along with an ironing board in the suite for business travellers who are in town for important meetings and conferences.
Location is the most important. Being centrally located, this apartment is ideal for all Toronto visitors. 1 min walk to Union Station, Scotia Arena, Accurium, CN Tower, Lake Ontario, & Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Q. What is the total charge of my stay?
A. Without the need to pay or enter your credit card info, the rate is calculated & displayed here on this page once you enter your dates, and number of guests. In addition to the airbnb fee, there are no further charges, no hidden fees and no extra costs. What you pay here on the site is all you will pay for your reservation at the penthouse. Upon request, daily maid services, in-home massage therapist, personal assistant runner & parking are available at additional cost. Kindly ask for details.
Q. How about cleaning or utility fees? What about taxes? Do I pay extra for anything?
A. No! everything is included in the price of your reservation.
Q. Is the apartment available for my dates?
A. The calendar here is up-to-date.
Q. Im arriving early in the morning or late at night, is that okay?
A. That is not an issue. With advance notice, we can arrange whenever circumstances are permitting. We always do our best to accommodate everything. In times where we have other guests or cleaning turn over not practical, it becomes a bit more tricky but we still do our best to accommodate all requests.
Q. Once i book, how do i get the keys?
A. Once we communicate the approximate time of your arrival and departure, we will coordinate your check in w easy instructions. You will be given a physical key to access the unit.
Q. What is the address?
A. Once the booking is made, and the approximate arrival time is communicated, you will be given the address along with our coordinate's phone number & easy check-in instructions.
Q. Are there towels, pillows, blankets and linens for the beds?
A. Yes! & Everything is fully cleaned by professionals. You will not need to bring anything.
Q. Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?
A. Kitchen has multiple sets of cutlery & cooking utensils. (plenty of glasses, cups, bowls, plates, spoons, forks, knives, pots & pans) You will have everything you need, I promise :) I would ask kindly to clean up after you use it, please do not leave dirty dishes or glasses.
