I was really happy with the hotel it is central but not right downtown. Easy access for driving, Uber or the trains. The hotel had a great gym and very nice rooms.

The staff here are amazing! They were helpful and very friendly. The area around the hotel can be a dodgy late at night or early in the morning, but that can be said for most places in downtown Toronto.

Staff always eager to provide good service. Good restaurant menu and service. Better information about menu options and order follow ups would be great for breakfast. Information about using the card to operate the elevator would be helpful for first time guests. Better marking of hotel entrance would be helpful to avoid confusion with the suites entrance. Would be great if flies and fruit fries could be excluded esp. from eating areas.

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. Close to so many amenities. The view of the city at night from the 14th floor terrace was amazing. Would absolutely return.

The hotel was great. The restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic. The staff were great and always greeted us with a smile. Our entire stay was fantastic. The only downside to staying here is the location. Very inconvenient for transit and unsafe with the Salvation Army across the street and low income housing right beside the hotel. I wouldn’t stay again at the hotel just because of the hotel location. To the TOOR staff, thank you!

Staff is very friendly. Facilites itself is very comfortable, spacious and convenient. The breakfast is very nice, gym is spacious. Because there are facilities that serves the homeless just across the street and close by, there are homeless people gahtering nearby. they are not bothering anyone but naturally as a tourist I want to be in an envirenment not to face the hard reality of those not so fortunate folks.
