I stayed at this property due to flight disruptions. The shuttle service was quick and efficient. The lobby of the Westin is clean and updated. The room was a bit dated, but very clean. The staff was great!

I arrived after a 2 hour drive in heavy traffic. I was dropped off and struggled with my 3 suitcases. No one was available to help into the hotel. After checking in, i asked if there was anyone available to help me to my room as the cart was too heavy for me to push as i have a knee injury. No one was available so i did 2 trips to the 8th floor. I have never checked into a Westin Hotel where there is no help and no solution offered. As a General manager of a hotel in the Caribbean myself, I was horrified at the attitude towards me simply asking for help. I wouldn't want my staff to treat guests like that. Im very disappointed. Also the Starbucks the advertised closes at noon ...whats the point of even having it there?
