As an ex-showhome, this beautifully refurbished and spacious SOUTH FACING, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor apartment overlooks the communal pool and golf course.
The fully equipped modern kitchen includes fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Each bedroom has access to it's own balcony, the middle bedroom has the option to be a double or 2 single beds and there is ample outdoor seating and a dining area to enjoy the views. Full air conditioning is also available throughout the property along with free WiFi.
Short walk to the practice area, first tee and all of the extensive resort facilities including bars and restaurants.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
