It is a residential complex with a lovely common area, which includes 2 pools, one for adults and one for children (opened from June to September), a pine wood with tall pine trees providing shade and a direct exit to the sea promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. On the main floor you can find the kitchen, a toilet, the spacious dining room and a terrace equipped with garden furniture. On the lower floor there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and another terrace. The rental price includes Wi-Fi connection, a private parking space and access to the shared pools. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted
