Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Shop, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 100 m, café, pedestrian zone 50 m, bus stop 100 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Pueblo medieval de Tossa de mar 50 m, Waterworld Lloret de mar 14 km, Marinland Blanes 21 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
