Very quiet area right on lake Michigan. Rented a room with the spa and beach walkout and it was perfect. Staff was awesome throughout and checked in on us multiple times. Would for sure stay again.

Bed was comfy. Bay view was great! The floor in the room had sand on it..but thats to be kind of expected since its on the beach..but was annoying too. Besides that, it was great!

Gorgeous and clean property, right on the lake, Lovely room with water view. The only thing lacking was a safe in room to hold valuables . The included breakfast was a microwavable breakfast which was pre packaged and brought to room. Would have been nice to have a fresh breakfast served buffet style in coffee room. Told they are working on it. Otherwise an absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful setting Easy 3 mile drive to Traverse City. Highly recommend.

Beach was always clean and nice. There was a younger kid that worked. There was passing out popsicles to the people on the beach, which is a nice touch . The elevator broke once but every time I road it to the 4th floor it would jump. It didn’t feel safe. Property would be better if they had real breakfast not processed foods in a bag. They really need a restaurant/bar and a pool as an option. The city got really busy compared to earlier years. They really need to invest in some lights/crosswalks.

The room was super nice/clean and looked like it had been updated recently. The view from the beach side rooms was beautiful! It was really nice having your own private beach. Would definitely stay there again!
