Everything was just as pictured in the listing. Mikayla at the front desk was a joy to talk to and extremely helpful. I liked the breakfast bag at the room door in the morning, at least in concept. An orange AND orange juice seemed a little lacking in imagination but ... I know it was not listed as an accessible room, but not having anything at all to hang onto in the shower is a real problem. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and I slept great!

Baywatch is my go-to spot in Traverse City! The lake front view is absolutely gorgeous, their beds are the most comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious and the thermostat works quickly to increase or reduce room temperature to your preferred setting. The hotel’s beach entrance features beach chairs and a foot cleaning area which is nice and it is very well kept! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing time in Traverse City!

The staff is wonderful! The rooms are beautiful and so clean. We loved looking at the bay! We were in town for a funeral and needed a peaceful place to stay and they delivered! Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly attentive front desk staff is what sets this resort apart from all of the other choices on the bay. Walk in shower also a real plus for folks with challenges stepping over the edge of a bathtub like my 90 year-old mother who travels with me. The only draw back was that we stayed for 4 nights and no one came in to empty the wastebaskets, give us clean towels, or replenish the coffee machine supplies the entire time we were there.

This was our 2nd stay at the Baywatch. We love that it is newer, the rooms are clean and nicely furnished, not carpeted. The balcony view of the East Bay is amazing. Very nice and well-equipped fitness center. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. When we encountered a couple of glitches with our door lock and a broken fitness bike, both were repaired that day. We already look forward to our next stay!

Property was beautiful, rooms were very nice and new looking. Liked the little breakfast they delivered to your door in the morning. Staff was friendly and the bed was really comfortable. The only small thing that bothered me was the noise. I love the fact that there are hardwood floors throughout the property, however, I feel like it makes everything more noisy. The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone coming and going. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great views! Kind of liked the continental boxed breakfast delivered to the room, however wish there were more options for drinks, such as a bottle of water instead of OJ.
