Room is in need of repair to many to even list …. The mattress was as hard as sleeping on the ground and to top it all we were awaken at 6:30 in the morning to load banging, saws running due to some type of work being done that guest was not notified about … stay across the street if your thinking about this hotel … never will my family stay there again

The Hilton Garden Inn Tupelo was a very nice hotel, especially for the price. It’s conveniently located and close to everything we needed, which made getting around easy. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room was huge, clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Tupelo.

I did not stay, when I checked in, I was given the wrong room that I paid for and when I went to the room it was filthy, the bed was dirty and wrinkled, and there was trash in all the trash cans, I tried to change rooms and they would not let me unless I booked a whole new room and paid for a 2nd reservation. I could not stay in the dirty room and didnt have any money to book a 2nd reservation so I did not stay.

I had a lovely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tupelo, MS. I’m so glad they’re dog friendly—and big dog friendly too, which can be hard to find! The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the hotel was comfortable and convenient. I didn’t use the gym, and the pool was closed for maintenance during my visit, but that didn’t take away from my experience. A huge bonus was the Tesla chargers on-site. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’ll definitely be back!
